Hom to implement a swf file on the logo?

How can i implement a swf(flash) file on the logo?
Cause i want to use the logo as a background.

U can see here why i want it like that

Try Google search for basic html like that far easier, as I just did to get that for you

I suggest using swfobject.js because of Internet Explorer.
