How to display REALNAME by replacing with the USERNAME?

Hi
I really want to change the SUBMITTER from username to realname in the whole site and all modules. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Well in CBB it is an option to switch and maybe some other modules also ....in the prefrences there will be a selection use realname...

I mean in the XOOPS core. I want to switch username to real name in the whole site not in some modules. (Maybe switch doesn't possible in some modules)

I can't jelp with the core but the membership module may do the trick for you.
