cant not create partner in SmartPartener

I'm using XOOPS 2.0.14 and SmartPartener 1.0.2
I have the follwoing error message when trying to add a partener.

"
An error occured. The partner was not updated."

Anybody had the same problem?

I think I've set the appropriate permissions and also allowed partner submission.

Thanks a lot.
