I've been having a ton o fun with xoops, installed several mods and the site is really getting pretty cool!

Question 1: I have installed Protector and when I create a db backup it creates what looks like a MySQL dump. What worries me is that the dump has strange little block looking charatures that I'm unsure about. Is that normal?

Question 2: Is it possible to create a style sheet for a specific block? I have been able to use some inline stuff but I'm looking for more, like Justify, line-height, etc.
