smartFAQ wo't take new Q&A's

Just installed SmartFAQ on a website, and it will not let me create new Q&A's. I enter the info, hit CREATE, and it says it worked, but then none are listed and when I try to enter the module from within the site I get a message that there are no Q&A's found.

Can anyone help me on this?

You should have a list of QA's which are ediablr from XOOPS modules admin - check you blocks permissions - are they visibale? What XOOPS version have you got? What errors?

Xoops 2.0.14

Block permissions are all appropriate.

The list of QA's shows nothing. It shows the number of questions, but that's it.

FWIW, I'm having a similar problem with WF-FAQ.

Looking at my smart FAQ now - did you create categories? There is nowhere for questions to go if there are no categories.

Other than this please check the read before you post and copy and highlight the vesions list, and turn on phpbebig and lets see what that says.

If all else fails, check at www.smartfactory.ca and see if its a problem other users have had.
