thanks david,

But I realized that users must CHK ALLOW HTML in comment input, then the comment will be displayed as usual with no problem.

Now I want to know where can I chang ALLOW HTML to chked by default?

please! I really need to know how can I set ALLOW HTML check box, checked by default...
