Hello all
Iam wanting to know how i can post a single post forum wide in one go
eg: READ ME is posted in all catagories in one go
is there anyway to do this? and perhaps with a stickie option too

Don't think such a feature exists at the moment. But,
You really got that many categories that you can't post a sticky topic in each one?
