Hey i see there is a couple mods on there right now for quotes but i am making a pure quotes pages so i am looking for something that will also have the option for rates and comments and stuff like that so that when they see the quotes and that want to rate and comment on it they can. Thanks ahead of time if you do decide to make this

I don't know of a quotes module that will do this but you might try one of the directory modules - xdirectory, mx-directory, or maybe xyp4all. Seems like one of those, with a little modification might do the trick.

Any of these should be able to assist with paid projects ... but if you can give a few more details, you never know - there may be something existing already
