PHP directive 'register_globals' (both ok): on
PHP directive 'upload_max_filesize': 2M byte
PHP directive 'post_max_size': 8M byte

How do I change the value of those? What and where is it located? I need to increase both the upload and post max sizes

It's controlled by your hosting provider - although it is occasionally possible to over-ride this.

Do a search on this site for php.ini for more details, as this has been asked before now.

...and if that doesn't work?!?

I'm having the same problem (I think) - and my provider does not allow the use of .htaccess

Then you need to consider looking for a different hosting provider.

Unfortunately this is a server setting, and outside of Xoops's control
