Hm, okay. I recently installed the module "smallstore"

Now, after realising it wasn't the module for me, I tried to uninstall it. I went into the admin/module page and deleted... Nothing happened. It wouldn't delete!

I then logged onto my FTP and deleted in manualy. Okay, the files gone, so I go back to the module page. There's the module there saying that "MODULE CANNOT BE FOUND" and a broken link to an image. So I try and uninstall it again. STILL won't go. I decide to let it go, as long as it won't disrupt my web page.

Now, I'm trying to install the module "Sections" that came with XOOPS, and that won't install. When I click install it takes me to a confirmation page, I click confirm, and it takes me back to the module page.

What the hell?

I can't install anything!

Help!

After experiementing with some stuff, I'm come to the conclusion that when an action is performed, the system refuses to accept it.
Like, I can't update, delete, etc. I've looked at the necesarry PHP files and can't find anything wrong.

Basically, it's not letting me touch anything. It's like its frozen.

See the Module Deployment section of my flash tutorials. See if it helps. You may need to reupload the files of the deleted module and uninstall it properly. Remember to uninstall a module you must first deactivate it then uninstall it.

Yeah, I tried all of that, including uploading the module, and trying to uninstall it from the module page.

Nothing.

How can I manually un-install the module from the system?

I made this mistake once. I got it back and this is what I did. You may have already done it:

I logged of of myxoops site.
I went to my server root XOOPS module directory and deleted the reuploaded module folder.
Then I went to my XOOPS root directory/template_c and deleted all the files in it EXCEPT the index.html.
I then cleared my system cache to include of line files and cookies.
Then I reuploaded the module folder again to my modules/directory.
Went to my xoopsite and logged back in and went to admin.
It was there and I was able to deactivate it and then un-install it and finally removed the folder from my modules directory.

In the system Cache, I can't find the lines to where the problem occurs. Should I be looking for anything in particular?

I was referring to your browser system cache. To include OFFLINE files. Sorry bout the typo.

so how can i delete it?
After i turned on the debug mode i got the message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /homepages/0/d132371223/htdocs/gobo-dj/modules/system/admin/modulesadmin/main.php on line 209
