You need to go back to step one.
You uploaded a folder named "xoops2-mod_blockies_v05_ns_tai" in your /modules/ folder. This folder name does not correspond to the one in the "xoops_version.php" file. If you need to know what the name of the folder should be, you can look in the xoops_version.php file to know what the module dir is.
One hint is that the module folder that needs to be uploaded is the one that contains the modules files. (/admin, /includes, /templates, and other files)
Most of the times the package will unzip with the folder inside the package, so you can't just upload the whole package. Sometimes the name needs to be modified.
