Is it possible to edit the page that is displayed when a XOOPS site is closed? If yes, what file needs to be edited. I want to add a logo graphic.

That would be a good idea. XOOPS 2.0.14.

With it you can go to XOOPS administration/system/templates

Clone the default templates and rename it to what you want.

Go to administration/system/preferences/general settings and set the newly cloned and named template as your default template.
Also make sure you have the Update Template set to "YES" as well in the General Settings.

Now go to your administration/system/templates and click on the system list. It will list the templates etc for the system module. Scroll down a little ways and find the site_closed.html click on edit. You can modify it in there and find where to change the .gif etc.
