I've found a theme I really like and altered it to my liking. However, the newbb forums for this theme squeeze in between the blocks and make the forum almost unreadable.

I've removed all blocks I can possibly remove from the forums page...however, the main menu remains and causes squeezing.

My question is: Since there is a navigation bar at the top of the theme, can I remove the main menu from the forums page? The other question I have is...can I make the forums take up the entire page instead of 700 pixels? Do I need to edit the body element in CSS? Any help is appreciated...

I'm using the bubblegum theme.

I'm see you need a little more space there. Maybe if you put it to stretch 100% it will look better. You can try that by doing this:

change the width here to 100%
Quote:
#Main { width: 75%}

your welcome. you might also want to take a look at the blue shine theme we have at xoopsdesign.com, but not yet, in about 2 hrs when I reupload it because I was doing a makeover to it, you will now it has been updated because I will publish a block with it in the homepage.

I will do that...thanks much.

One other question I had in the same vein as the previous one...the main menu remains on the forum page...say I want to remove that also...how does one remove that main menu from the forum page? (I can't seem to find a block named main menu anywhere so I don't know how to turn it off). I think the links at the top nav bar will suffice (I'll alter them to make sure they do :))
