Hi Friend,

Plse advise as when I log in to admin, there is a option for authenticating setting ( ldap, set ldap directory, port number, server name ), and there had 3 type of authentication : XOOPS database, std ldap direcotry , microsoft active ... ?

I'm confuse plse advise how to set ?

And there are 3 type of debug mode on : inline mode, popup mode, smarty template Debug, plse advise which one I shall choose ?

In short and simple: If you don´t know what ldap or Active Directory is then you don´t need it. Stick with XOOPS database.
(no offense ... plain fact. Both options are directory servers usually to be found on corporate networks)

About debugging: depends on you preferences and what you are trying to debug at the moment you are using it. I like the new inline mode.
