Control Panel Missing

When I ligged in to my admin section I had no control Panel Where do I begin to troubleshoot this?

Sorry about the misspelling. I need help, when I log in to my site and click on the admin link I get in to the control section. However, there are no control buttons any help would be greatly apprecaiated.

Something that happen recently. I was in there earlier. However, all was fine.

I have a hard enough time flying normally with my glasses on, let alone flying blind.

Well at this time I am doing a reistall. I am going to need to know how to back up my entire system later.

It's Me again I did a new install that went well. However, in trying to make things liek they were some how I messed things up again. It looks like the problem is the CSS file.

Tell me what you think, and once again I lost my control panel.
