When I used Joomla CMS, I found using statistics module causes MySQL database expand quickly, since every clicking one the site writes to database.

Now I plan to use i-stats or xoops-stats for my XOOPS site. My question is: will these stats module also 'blow up' database?

Someone in Chinese XOOPS community said that the design of i-stats module has inherent bug. Is that true? Anyone using i-stats has any problem?
