Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to ask about what should i need to do to get google adsense in this kind of way(picture shown below)

I hope Sir/Madam can help me on the code of this way to put google adsense.

I've changed the too large image to a link instead...

all you need is register @ www.google.com/adsense/ and making a CUSTOM block.

I just registered and made a custom block. Is there a way to add it via the banner admin menu or do I need to paste the code into the header file of the theme?

Notice when adding a banner that there is a box for HTML, enter the google code there. Your google ads will rotate with other banners. My sites in my sig all have that function.

when i added them to my sites.

Thanks. I did as you suggested. They appear on the site nicely.

My problem now is with google banner ads. I cut and paste the code into the html box for a banner and it is actuve but no banners appear on the site. My adsense account shows many impressions so it seems to think it is appearing there but they cannot be seen. Does something need to be in the 'Image URL' or 'Link URL' fields? Any ideas?
