I've been running 2.0.13.2 for about 2 years now with no hiccups, and decided to upgrade to 2.0.14; I have seriously run into a problem.

When trying to upgrade (following the readme.txt instructions) uploaded all the files (overwriting everything). When I try to go to {xoops_url}/upgrade/ it says file not found on this server.

My database is in tact, the only problem is, I don't know how to save it and reapply it on a new installation of xoops.

I think I really screwed up, I can't log into my site, because it doesn't exist.

I guess installing over the old version works. Everything is fine now.

It is possible sometimes that files may not upload correctly.

Remember you can use the new file checking routine to ensure everything is uploaded properly.
