I just installed 2.0.14, but I didn't find those combined modules which are in 2.0.13, please let me know where I can get them?

Probably easiest to download 2.0.13 and copy the modules from out of the /modules directory, you will get them all at once that way.

Do not copy the system module though!!! Keep the one that came with 2.0.14.
