recently there must of been a server error as i had to replace some missing files, with a backup which included admin.php

now when i access it, it says i am logging in for the first time, which isn't correct as the board is over a year old!

and when i click submit to access for "first time" it gets failed open file in the top left hand corner

i have changed file permissions but still have the same problem

any idea how to fix this please

it must be a simple fix i think

the logging in for the 1st time is because adminmenu.php is missing from the cache folder, it should be recreated once you go back to admin again.. providing the cache folder is not write protected..


check that you have uploaded all the missing files..
