I'm testing the module and I'm not being able to add technicians to the module, but I don't get any error messages...

The JavaScript window that should open doesn't and I tested under IE and FireFox...

any help?

What do you mean by "add technicians"?

I can try to duplicate the problem if you'll provide the details.

sorry... I guess my translation wasn't quite right...

I was looking in the translated version I got and the terms are not so well translated... I put it back to english so I can get the right terms used.

When I'm in the admin area of the module there are the selection tabs on top. When I enter the "Manage staff" tab I can select new users that will be the staff members...

right there, there is a link "find users" that should be opening a new popup window with the select/find user feature...

and there is the problem... it doesn't open at all or better... no action is performed... neither on IE nor Firefox... I double check popup blocking and other things, but nothing is blocked...

a second thing I tried was to copy the url that should be opened by the javascript, and typing it at the address bar... the link opens fine, but it's not possible to associate nay users there, though...

Ok, I understand now.

But I can't duplicate the problem.

The Find User popup works correctly for me. I'm using Firefox 1.0.4 on Linux, XOOPS 2.0.14, xHelp CVS.

If I recall correctly, it also worked for me with XOOPS 2.2.4, xHelp 0.78.

Does the problem occur if you use the default (untranslated) version?

yes... same thing... I use XOOPS 2.013 with the latest security patch... the problem goes on... I guess I'll have to dig further
