How do i delete the Notifications link!

I only have one problem i dont wanna have that Notifications link in the user menu so i just wanna delete that in what file must i do that >>??

delete line #11 in modules/system/templates/blocks/system_block_user.html

hmmmm i did delete thatd line but it still show up lol :p

then you have to update system module from the module administration panel
