if you have access to phpmyadmin or something similar.. you can change the setting for the site's default theme.
in the table `xoopsprefix_config` , click browse.. and look for 'theme_set' in the 'conf_name' field. change the value in the 'conf_value' field to "default" (no quotes), or some other working theme you have on your site.
