Hello,
Yesterday i updated my CBB-Module from 3.01 to 3.04.

Now i got a bothering problem: All Forums/Threads are marked as unread.

The funktion "Mark all Forums as read" doesn't have ANY effect.

I tried out the following things:
-Clear cookies
-reupdate the CBB
-disable all other Modules
-use different Browsers/OS

nothing worked

Please notice: I'm not a noob at XOOPS & php

PHP Debug Messages: Nothing
MySQL Debug Messages: Nothing
Smarty Debug Messages: Nothing

Did you read the "User Guide" carefully?

Sure. And i read every FAQ i could find.

I made a FullBackup, too.

If we can't solve the broblem i would switch to the old version. But at First i would try to make it workable.

i know, it's a doubleposting...


I restored my backup, because i cant wait longer for a 100% working forum.

In the next days i will try to upgrade again.

I have the same exact problem.
I am using XOOPS version 2.0.13.2. Can anyone explain how we could fix this situation?

I already uninstalled, deleted and installed again a clean copy of cbb3.04 but the problem still remains.
The icons are always dark blue...

How did you set plugin.dist.php?

I'm having the exact same problem

I renamed the include/plugin.dist.php to plugin.php, cleared the templates_c folder and updated the module but the problem persists.

any advice?

//EDIT: OK, It's working. I had to set the line in plugin.php to store the read info in a cookie, not the database.

It seems the database method doesn't work with XOOPS 2.0.13.2
