Image better uploading

Hello,

I want to make my News module more usefull, the standard (dhtml) uploading and attaching images in News module take too much time and has small options.

I'm searching hack or editor which allows to fast uploading and inserting images (like in WordPress) maybe based on AJAX.

I will be so glad if it will be possible to open images in new windows and create auto-thumbnails.

Could anyone give me some advices ?

Try using smart section from here. I use this and leave news just for site announcements. Easy upload of images into articles with the click of a button.
