I need to change the background color of the redirect message header but can't find where to do that. I am using a cloned default theme in 2.0.13.2. Thx in advance.

you'll find that in the system template at modules > system > templates > system_redirect.html

If you upgrade to XOOPS 2.0.14, you can put the file inside themes > YOURTHEME > modules > system > system_redirect.html

and it will capture it automatically; same as other module templates would do.

Thx for the quick reply. I changed the background color there but nothing changed. I cleared templates_c and updated the system module but nothing seems to make the change. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing. Any assistance with this is most appreciated.

well, normally it's a hard coded background in the html inside the <div> tag that does the change to the background color to the redirect message. After deleting all files in templates_c and maybe even the browser cache you should be able to see the changes. If it's the whole background of the main page that you want to change you have to add a style to the body.

No it's just the header color I want to change. And you're right it should work but for some reason it does not. I just don't see what is preventing the change.

I changed this:

<div style="text-align:center; background-color: #BBCCBB; border-top: 1px solid #FFFFFF; border-left: 1px solid #FFFFFF; border-right: 1px solid #AAAAAA; border-bottom: 1px solid #AAAAAA; font-weight : bold;">

To this:

<div style="text-align:center; background-color: #639ACE; border-top: 1px solid #FFFFFF; border-left: 1px solid #FFFFFF; border-right: 1px solid #AAAAAA; border-bottom: 1px solid #AAAAAA; font-weight : bold;">

It should work. I'll keep trying. Thanks for all your help.

Nevermind it's fixed.
