I've been researching for weeks now, found nothing :(

it's possible with News module 1.44, you have a option in module's preferences.

question, do i need to install the polls module also? or is it built into news module 1.44?

The news module has polls? I must have missed that somehow. I know it has ratings features and comments, but polls? Far as I knew, the only module that came close was AMS, which allows you to comment in the forums, where a poll could be set up if users have the proper permissions. Oh well, I learn something new everyday.

not so fast gestroud, i dont see any poll abilities in news module 1.44

i just installed it, nothing :(

Jeez, u would think this would be a common sense feature, ive checked all of the cms NONE of them have this... I mean every forum software lets users create a topic with a poll, right? if i was a developer it would be a no brainer to let a user submit a topic with a poll, without having to bootleg crap.

Sorry about my rant, im frustrated now

Sorry,

the News module can make it possible the user to put a note not to create a survey.

I think, that only the CBB forum can make this.
