Perfect Install but dont see the full site?

Installed xoops-2.0.14-rc1 with all green lights. I clicked veiw my site here link and all I see is the XOOPS banner. I'm reading that my apache is 1.3.34 (Unix) and my php is 4.3.11 are below the version thats needed from one of the stickies. Why would the install say its all good? Should I get the host to update it or is there something else I need to do?

You really only need to upload the files and folders inside the htdocs folder. For example into the http://www.theuncles.com/xoops folder instead of the http://www.theuncles.com/xoops/htdocs folder. Is this a fresh install? Have you made sure you set the write permissions correctly for the cache, template_c, uploads folder and the mainfile.php? Did your paths in the installation set-up include the htdocs folder?

Fresh Install,
All 3 folders and the mainfile.php file are CHMOD 777 and yes the installation path included the htdocs.
