hello

I would like a new theme for my dog's portal.

It's a belgium portal (french language)
I search a professional designer for this work.
I can pay, if you want

but I want references for the same type of work
I need this theme quickly (1 or 2 weeks).

it must be light and fast to display, with a graphical header, right menu, center and left menu.

I would suggest going to the themes area in news and looking for some of the designers of recent themes - theres at least 2 names that you'll see who also do paid sites (Bassman & XoopsDesigns being 2 I can immediatley think of)

You used to be able to get one or two dog themes from the following sites, I've not checked if there still there, but it's worth a look. I dont read japenese, but generally find my way round, lol.

I use a customised version of the theme 'doggie' for my Lost-Doggies.com web site.
