I know 100% it is not writable on my IIS system.

WARNING: File C:/Inetpub/http_root/mainfile.php is writeable by the server.
Please change the permission of this file for security reasons.
in Unix (444), in Win32 (read-only)

Just curious, not a big deal!

This is a question that has been brought up numerous times. Try doing a search for more indepth answers, but here's a rundown:

If you are on localhost, you need to right-click the mainfile.php and select read-only in the properties.

If you have your site on a hosted server, you will need to contact your host and request read-only to be applied.
