We need more information from you to help work out what might be wrong.
1. Go to the docs site linked on the left and look at the XOOPS installation manual and user guide.
2. If you can't figure out what to do from there or there is a specific problem go to the 'read b4u post' link below and give us the details and an exact description of your problem and what programs you are running.
