Can't access when my site is shutdown.

Hi! This is my first post on this forums.

Well, I have a Big Problem (really big)... I shutdown my site, for fixes.

But I can't access now, not appear the user and password edit field.

Check it!
http://niel.seyanim.com/niel2

I try with http://niel.seyanim.com/niel2/user.php but not appear nothing.

I can change this, editing a file? How? or it's a data in the SQL table.

How change o restore this... :-S

If you can get into phpmyadmin, look for a table called _config in the left column. Click on it.

When the new window opens, look at the top of the right side of the window for "Browse."

You're going to be looking for "close site."

Click "edit"

In the field that says "conf_value," change the 1 to a 0. that should open it up again.

I;ve seem this a few times recently, one post was titled hacked or something, just woundering, rather than a hacker, could this be a potential bug in the system, please forgive me if this has already been posted, but if not it may be worth reported it on source forge:
