How To edit "Control Panel Home | XOOPS News" line

Hi there,
I'm wondering if there is a way to edit/remove the entries "Control Panel Home | XOOPS News" in admin section. Where should I look for?

In case of urgent announcements - such as a security update - it's not actually a good idea to do this.

That link is found in cp_functions.php in the include folder, line #114, at the end of the line you can see the link details, you can edit it or put your own RSS.

The security update in the news is exactly the sort of reason why disabling this is a bad idea.
