I got this message while trying to upgrade from 1.3.10 to 2.0.13.2. The site seems to be working fine as I can access all pages / modules with out any problems except the forum. The forum, CBB, is messed up. That is another sotry. My question is, is the upgrade completed?

probably cos u tried to install it again.
when updating there's no need to copy the install folder.. ur system is already installed..
