Just go to the main page ( http://www.worldware.com ) first and then click on Xoopermod to get to the module generator.
Sorry, this signature is experiencing technical difficulties. We will return you to the sheduled signature as soon as possible ...

The document jensclas linked to written by Richard at House of Strauss looks like perhaps the most useful document I've found. That was the kind of thing I was after - something that actually explains to me what each 'bit' is and how it works.

The XooperMod I'd already tried. While it's great, it too does not actually help you understand what you're doing. OK, you have a blank module, but what then? How, for example, do you create your template set for your module etc etc. (Retorical questions, I don't mean anyone to answer them here).

Hopefully with Richards document I might be able to get somewhere now.

Skenow - I'd be interested in oyur PDF if you could e-mail it to me at tedsmith[at}yahoo.co.uk

Cheers

Ted

Skenow - We all would be interested in your PDF on module building. Can you post it somewhere so we may download or view?

Thank you

I have posted in the dev.xoops.org forum - sorry, but I don't have attachment priveleges in this forum or the public forum at dev.xoops. You'll have to log in there to get to this post

I have also posted it in the document section of my project, which you should be able to view without logging in.

Hopefully, someone in the documentation group will pick this up and add it to the XOOPS pages.
