Dear friends,
I'd like to remove some entries in a few of modules. So e.g. looking at myAlbum-P module, I want to remove the entries following: Popular and Top Rated. I'd like to keep alive only My Photos and Submit button.

Thank you...

Go to site admin, blocks and click 'no' next to the blocks you wish to 'hide'.

Hi jensclas,
thanks for your reply: I won't hide the whole module, I need to remove only a few of module's options (e.g. "Top Rated" as well as "Most Popular" links).

Hi,

First, don't forget to make backups before doing any changes!

You need to edit your "xoops_version.php" file for the module. It will be in the modules folder ("myalbum" in your case) Find the menu part. Generaly there are two lines for each entry in submenu:

$modversion['sub'][$subcount]['name'] = _ALBM_TEXT_SMNAME2;
$modversion['sub'][$subcount++]['url'] = "topten.php?hit=1";

This shuld be the part for top ten. Comment (or delete)those lines. You need to update the module after that for changes to take effect.
