Can anyone suggest a module that would allow me to make a predefined form and it will save and export as a word doc?

What I am tryin to accomplish is a my users have a format and standard document they have to make. The formatting is the same all the time except maybe some field like the to field. I can have a drop down bar for those fields. I just want the user to save it and it would become a doc or pdf and allow the user to go back in an edit it and also allow XOOPS to beable to search on the doc repository. I have Wiki allready but I dont need the collberation and such.
