how do i see the news in the front page

This can be done by logging into the administration area, preferences, and selecting the news module as the start page module. Your users will then see news on the front page of your site.

You must install the module for your site.

The module name is:
XM-Spotlight Module

I cant find it. I searched for XM-Spotlight Module and XM-Spotlight.

You also need to set the proper permissions in module admin if there are and in XOOPS admin -> groups
..
