Hello, i am using XOOPS v-2.0.13.2, the problem is the activation key that send to the new registeration user is go to the bulk message in their e-mail. some body have any idea to help me?

Sounds to me like they have at some point placed an email from you/your IP etc. into their SPAM or unwanted email blacklist. They will need to go into their email settings or other program and take it off their blacklist.
