Help!, mi site doesn´t work now

Hi,
I was changing the menu in my site and when uploaded the system i can´t see my site.

I don´t know how do it work, can someone help me?

Sorry i don´t write english very well.

Try logging into your cpanel, open phpMyAdmin and change your theme to "default".
It looks like your theme blew up and you need to get to a stable theme in order to repair your problem.
