TO DO Module or Perosnal Notes Module

I have searched high and low but cannot find a "To Do" or "Personal Notes" type module. E107 has a nice to do module that is viewable only by the owner or system admins but I cannot find one for Xoops.

This is my only thing I would like as I prefer XOOPS and the community to E107 for its interface and ease of end user use for my intranet. Can anyone assist with a personal type notes module?

I've been working on porting brim-project (http://www.brim-project.org/) to XOOPS for a client site. I've been discussing with the client the possibility of releasing it to the community.

Are you talking about you porting over the entire entity of the brim-project, or just certain aspects such as the notes?

the entire project works inside xoops.
There are a couple of areas that are proving harder to resolve:
- Group permissions per item. Each item inside brim allows for a private or public status. This will be controled inside XOOPS by a group permission where, if public, only members of the groups allowed will view it.
- There are also some issues with templates that I'm resolving.
- There are some other issues but those 2 are the ones currently giving me headaches

Understandable...

My need is for my intranet site I am building as a CMS entity with LDAP, but one of the major needs is that notepad portion so every individual can have their own notes (Their workstations are paperless environments if you know what I mean).
