Alright, I havent worked much with XOOPS and making themes so i was woundering if I could get some one to make a basic theme for me.

Id like it to be build of 3 images:
Header
Body
Footer
Then have the menu as text over the bottom of the header image.
example:

The header body and footer images dont need much time put into them since I plan to edit it after.
If you dont have time and can direct to me a theme already made like this Id also be happy.

look at the thems, find the ones you want, come back to XOOPS and find it in the themes library. If you can't find one, I can make one for you for $500

No thanks, I wasnt looking for a full theme, and 500 is a bit steep for me. Im going to take a shot of porting what Iv made so far over to XOOPS myself.
