i think this will solve the problem.
edit the theme.html file for that theme
this area.

What i did above: added <{$xoops_module_header}>
then. update the theme file. so XOOPS is not using a cached version.

system Admin. Preferences.. Update module template .html files from themes/ (change it to yes)
-And change it back to No . later.
