I need some modifications done to the MyReviews module, with the possibility of a whole new module created.

The basic idea and framework behind MyReviews is exactly what I need - but the workings of "Submit a Review" need to be heavily modified to fit what I'm looking to do.

I'm not sure if minor mods will work or not. It may be easier and better to have a new module created.

I have a decent budget for this project, I just need to get it working how I need.
