Xfguestbook - no place to enter entries?

I installed xfguestbook V2 on XOOPS 2.06.
It appeared to load OK - I configured most options that I could see.

It displays ok, but when you go to enter into the guestbook,there's no way to enter info - no text boxes etc.

Can anyone suggest what I may have done wrong?
It can be viewed at http://www.maranoa.org.au.

Just had a look at http://www.maranoa.org.au but couldn't find the Guestbook at all.
