Difference between Administrator and Webmaster

Hi,
I would like to have on my site do different groups: Administrator and Webmaster.
Webmaster have access to everything, but Administrator have access to all modules admin, but on system admin he only has access to Banners, is this possible?

Sure, in the Admin--Groups area create a new group and then go to your new group and assign privs in whatever manner you wish.

Yes I know but i can give only access to all admin system module right? And i want to give access only to a few things on system admin module, like banners and users, not to preferences etc...

You can restict access to areas of system admin. Under the webmaster group, just select the System Admin rights that you wish them to have.
