Hello.
Yesterday i've noticed that when i push PM, or e-mail buttons, nothing happens (the page where i should write the message don't appear). I tested 3 browsers: IE, firefox, Opera. I tested on other 2 PC. Nothing happens, even if I am in newbb, catads, Inbox or any other module that support PM or e-mail.
I activated PHP debug, but no errors are displayed.

Another problem, but not so important for me at this time: in newbb, all avatars have disappear.

XOOPS 2.0.13.2

Can you help me with this? Thanks in advance.

have you changed your site?

as i see menu items pointing tohttp://www.buzaulive.ro/buzau/blog/

etc

and then pages that point tohttp://www.buzaulive.ro/userinfo.php

/buzau/ either should be there for all or not..

your uploads folder according to avatar propertis ishttp://www.buzaulive.ro/uploads/

but i have a feeling that it should behttp://www.buzaulive.ro/buzau/uploads/

this would happen if you have tried moving your site out of a sub folder into the root.. or vice versa, if you haven't edited mainfile.php correctly.. and cleared templates_c folder..

:) I haven't move anything. I just rewrite my urls using mod_rewrite. (SEO) Here is an example from .htaccess
RewriteRule ^buzau/blog/(.*)$ modules/wordpress/$1 [L]

But this is not the problem, becouse everything worked fine.

it is the problem..

everything is ok in that sense..

but when you view a profile, it is pointing to

http://www.buzaulive.ro/userinfo.php

uploads folder is defined ashttp://www.buzaulive.ro/uploads/

if you haven't got an uploads folder at that location it aint gonna work..

theres more to just using mod_rewrite than just placing it in a file..

if i right click on a missing avatar it says its looking inhttp://www.buzaulive.ro/uploads/

therefore not everything is being rewritten.

i seehttp://www.buzaulive.ro/modules/newbb/ referenced in links from profile

but then i seehttp://www.buzaulive.ro/buzao/forum/ elsewhere..

m0nty, thank you verry much. Yesterday I've deleted some emoticons (it is uploaded in /uploads). I am the one who deleted that avatars (I didn't pay atention when I selected the emoticons). Lucky me that I have a backup and I uploaded it.

BUT, the main problem remains . I am shoure I haven't delete anything from there

me also having the same problem...i noticed that when I clicked on the reply button...it doesn't show anything...

but yesterday it still work? Can anyone guide me?

But PM, more, E-mail buttons are working?

I resolved my problem. Before getting this problem, i installed a hack to add centre blocks above and below content block. a hack to add centre bloks above and below content block

I had to replace my header.php. I don't know how, but the header.php was broken.

I've made a lot of research about this problem and this appear when you forget to put the java script in your template or you mess with java. (something like this). I hope it helps.

Did you modified any files recently?
