I can't seem to find the place where you can make your topic sticky or lock it. All the installtiong was fine, i have Cats. Forums and i have posted. I am the Admin, but I just can't seem to find the bit where you can lock, sticky or announce, or even move a topic. Can anyone help me??

Once you drill down to a topic, assuming that you have admin authority, you will have a button called'topic options' there you will find what you are looking for. Again this is under the actual topic, not on the admin side, but an admin function in the topic itself.
