Does XOOPS have anything like an event scheduler built in? I think I know that V2.0 doesn't cus I can't find it in any documentation. But what about 2.2/2.3? Is anything like this slated for that version?

I'm looking for something that will allow me to add XoopsObject based classes to a queue and have them executed according to some arbitrary rule (in the first instance, they are time based, but other execution rules may be required by other apps.)

If any of the 2.3 developers have an answqer on this either way I'd be eternally grateful for the info before I go developing my own
