How to simplify the display layout of mylink module?

I am using mylink in my modules. I wish to make it simple and clear, whereby just display the link of the URL only (No description and so on).

Which php file should I modify with?

You don't want to mess with the php files. The file you're looking for is "mylinks_index.html." You can find it in the module's "templates" folder.

I found the mylinks_index.html and I had edit the code.
but why the XOOPS did not take any effect of the code that I edit and it still display the same thing?

Try clearing the templates_c folder and updating the module through admin.
